Three tiers
The split is real. The price is not published yet.
Free is the local utility. Pro is a login and a portable dictionary. Studio is a room of isolated seats. The Free utility is available now. Pro and Studio are planned; sign-in and paid plans are not available yet.
| Free | Pro | Studio | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Speech-to-text | Local generic model on this Mac. | The same local engine. The profile adds your dictionary as context for the next pass. | Same as Pro, once per seat. |
| Cloud | None. The free utility never contacts the profile API. | The profile API holds the dictionary for that login. | A workspace of seats on that same API. |
| Dictionary | Session only. Nothing is written. Restart drops it. | Portable dictionary. The correction loop writes it. It follows that login. | One dictionary per artist seat. Isolated from the other seats in the room. |
| Login | No account. | Email, then a six-digit code, when mail delivery is configured. It is not available in this build. | The owner adds a seat and hands the artist that email. Same sign-in, still not available until mail delivery is configured. |
| Cross-DAW | No. The session ends with the engine. | The dictionary follows the login from one DAW to another. The host clock does not. | Each seat carries its own dictionary. Same rule. The clock stays in the plugin. |
| Clock | In the plugin, locked to the DAW. | In the plugin, locked to the DAW. | In the plugin, locked to the DAW. |

Cross-DAW is the dictionary, not a host list. Logic on Mac is the host we run. Other DAWs are not shipped. Studio seats are described on For studios.
